DESCRIPTIONNewcastle Disease Vaccine, 5,000 doseB1 Type, LaSota Strain This vaccine is recommended for the vaccination of healthy chickens 14 days or older by drinking water administration. If possible vaccinate all susceptible birds on premises at the same time. For 10 to 14 days after vaccination avoid carrying particle on shoes, clothing, etc into areas where there are unvaccinated birds. DIRECTIONS FOR MIXING NEWCASTLE DISEASE VACCINE: 5,000 DOSE: Diluent is not included with vaccine. Use cool, clean, non-chlorinated, non-medicated water to prepare vaccine/water mix. For chicks 2 - 8 weeks old mix entire vaccine contents with 12.5 to 25 gallons of water. For chicks over 8 weeks mix entire vaccine contents with 25 to 50 gallons of water. Prepared vaccine/water mix should be provided as the only source of water for at least 4 hours to allow birds adequate time to consume vaccine/water mixture. Vaccine/water mixture is best consumed when water has been withheld for 2 hours prior to presentation of vaccine/water mixture. | ||||
