PAE4-HA Mission Statement The Pennsylvania Association of Extension 4-H Agents promotes, strengthens, enhances, and advocates the 4-H Youth Development profession.
PAE4-HA Vision Statement We are an organization focusing on the needs of the 4-H Youth Development profession by:
Promoting positive ethics, behavior and professional integrity
Serving as a catalyst for collaborations, coalition development, and teamwork
Using cutting-edge youth development research to impact emerging youth issues
Promoting use of up-to-date methods of transferring technological information
Achieving the level of financial resources to accomplish our mission.
Membership Membership is open to all Cooperative Extension staff who have an interest in 4-H Youth Development. State dues are paid annually and includes membership to the national organization. Dues is annual for active and student memberships. Extension retirees can qualify for life membership.

News & Views, published quarterly, is an edited journal of 4-H Youth Development work and is the official publication of NAE4-HA.
